Although each tradesman was a perfectionist in the way they went about their work, their strong team work ensured that the project came together resulting in a quality outcome. BRW Constructions has carried out major building projects of both private and commercial nature for our family since 1994. These have involved 3 major residential buildings plus construction of wineries, cellar door sales outlets, warehouses and restaurants plus the ongoing R and M on all those buildings. We have engaged Steve Baker and his BRW team to build four separate projects over a number of years: Kitchen and two bathrooms; Double garage external pergola; Renovation of our 1926 home; The removal of the back of two garages and in that space building a gym, steam room/bathroom, toilet, internal storage room and external kitchen.

Steve’s commitment and standard of work are unparalleled and he has instilled this same passion in his skilled work force.  He also expects an equally excellent standard from all his sub-contractors. The entire BRW team demonstrated integrity and excellent communication skills with tradesmen, subcontractors, the architect, the various authorities, our neighbours and ourselves.  Site meetings were regular and this provided us with the means of closely monitoring progress and overseeing every stage of the construction. Steve’s meticulous attention to detail, genuine empathy to what we were trying to achieve and overall professionalism were exceptional and pivotal to our successful renovations that were on time and within budget.

After moving into our new place of abode in January 2016, we decided to make some changes to reflect the needs of my wife. We discussed briefly her needs for approximately three months before contacting Steve, from BRW Constructions whom I had observed the quality of his work over a long period in my capacity as an Accredited Building Certifier. After speaking initially to Steve and receiving very good design ideas, decided to engage BRW to carry out our alterations and on completion I cannot speak highly enough of the way the work was carried out in the utmost professional, helpful and timely manner.

We would just like to thank yourself, and Tim and his team, for the great job that you did for us. It was a pleasure to witness the polite and cheerful way with which the team set about their work. The project grew as we realised that we needed various other things to be done aside from the construction of the carport and garage.
